2. This is not the only company in capitol area where I’ve faced rude employees. I’ve asked about this from employers more than once and they all give the same answer. Even though they take the best people available, this is the level sometimes. They cannot always fire the bad ones because there’s not people to replace them and if there is, the level isn’t guaranteed to be any better. There simply isn’t enough workforce to meet the demand.

5. My guess is that this is an end station and the bus hasn’t started its route. OP then comes knocking on the door but driver doesn’t let OP in as the driver is on his break. OP then pulls out his phone and starts photographing the driver, ruining the driver’s peace and so he shows the middle finger.

   Drivers are not allowed to be on their phone or leave the bus for a toilet or smoke break if there are passengers on the bus. That’s why many drivers don’t want to let passengers on the bus way before the route starts.

   Note that this is my guess of what happened.
