So weird to realise an airplane is shipped by airplane
Who makes maps without islands? Right now only a few major ones are included.
There is at least 1 mistake. The forward fuselage is made in Hamburg. Saint Nazaire makes the nose and stops at door 1.
Will Brexit have an impact on the production?
why are there different landing gears for the 900/1000 series?
Why do you hate nordic countries?
Where is Toulouse lol the dot takes half a region
Forward fuselage and center wing box is made by Premium Aerotec in Germany. Bremen, if I remember correctly. I think they do the vertical stabilizer too.
I’d add, the engines in Derby are not made by Airbus, but Rolls Royce. It’s an important distinction as when you buy a plane you typically have a separate contract for the engines.
Also, Hamburg has a big paint shop so often an unpainted plane is sent there to be finished.
If it is a Boeing I’m not going. Airbus for the win.
Sweden is gone 🥲
Does somebody knows if the production of Boing is also scattered across the US like that or they were able to centralize their factories?
It always saddens me that italy is not part of the Airbus supply chain but instead is for Boeing (Leonardo makes fuselage parts for the dreamliner and the 747-8 as well if I’m not mistaken https://www.italy24news.com/News/281053.html )
Too much UK
Isn’t this the plane that received an airworthiness directive about the risk of explosion mid air from EASA recently? Screw 350 I’ll stick with the reliable A330.
