Mohammed Morsy arrived in Dublin Airport with a collection of refugee documents for various people. These documents were for 13 people on the plane with him who were illegal immigrants trying to enter the country posing as the legitimate refugees in the documents.
Morsy is part of a much larger operation that uses these documents again and again to allow different groups of illegal immigrants to get into the country under false pretenses.
After they get through immigration, the fake documents are given back to Morsy and he flies back to Europe and collects another bunch of illegal immigrants and the process continues over and over ad infinitum.
The illegal immigrants will enter the asylum process in Ireland anyway because this is Ireland and, as was reported in the papers a few days ago, anyone who turns up without documents is let into the country anyway.
