I have just brought an Arris Modem from Melita (Model TG 3442) and an instruction manual was not included in the box. I have tried to follow along the video “[Installing your new Arris WiFi modem](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVvXFTXxgqU&list=PLCuAl0WbmLTcKfGGwNQLJQpdkB-86c6yo&index=14)”, but it still did not work. I have also found the instruction manual but it was not helpful. Before, I had a less advanced Arris modem which I connected to a very old D-Link router. Although I have plugged in the telephone wire and the LAN wire in the correct places, the modem is somehow still not working. Any help would be appreciated!
