This sounds like a lot until you realize Amazon is worth 1.7 trillion dollars and had a revenue in 2020 (reported anyway) of $386 billion.
This is literally less than 1% of their yearly income.
It’s about equivalent to a $165 fine to someone who’s on $50,000 a year.
