Lowest Wednesday testing numbers in a long while – probably impact from the storm being felt in the numbers

Random question. When I had the vacinnes (and indeed the same is true of all family members), none of us had any side effects beyond a sore arm for a day or two.
I know someone who got the booster two days ago, and is “showing symptoms” of sorts today. What’s the deal with that and getting tested? Do we just say “its likely just a reaction to the vaccine”, or should we be encouraging a test? Given how many people I saw say they had reactions, I was curious if it’s standard procedure to get a test in that scenario, or just rest up for a day or two?
Positivity rate, ICU and hospitals all down. Keep it up.
Tbh at this point just close down the schools at least cases would go so much lower like it’s a fact even after Christmas at least it would help
