I just told my son that if we had to play against Brazil and lose, that would’ve been horrible, because of our classic rivalry. But playing against Croatia, while being equally difficult as Brazil, is better in another way: If we win, I’ll be happy, but if we don’t, it’s Croatia, and you guys have Modric, one of my football heroes of all time. If you guys win, I’ll root for you in the final, no doubt about it.
