Especially on the fucking Range Rover shit. I wouldn’t mind but even properly adjusted they’re fucking awful. And driving a tall yoke, you can’t even see that far in front of you because they aim so low down.
I’ve got HID lights on my car but, my car’s so low down that even set for big range the lights are below other driver’s – they just reach out and skim under people’s eye line.
Yes it is bad but you also might have light sensitivity, or night blindness. About 1 in 5 people struggle to drive at night due to artificial lights. You can get lenses with coatings to help.
Just don’t go to a shitty multinational optician. You local optician will help.

I agree, every time I drive in the country it feels like the first time my eyes came out of the birth canal.
Wait till automotive laser lights go mainstream. Sooner or later there’ll have to be legislation introduced. Those things can throw a beam over 600m.
