Mine had this same phrase about a month or so ago. They wanted to physically see my wifes Poland I.D. and have a fresh copy for the file. About a month after we submitted this, a letter with positive decision arrived.
It could also be for a different document, such as a copy of your address registration from your local government office that handles these matters.
No way to know, you’ll have to call or go visit them, I recommend making an appointment and asking them specifically what’s required.
They should tell you what they want exactly
Over a year and still asking for additional documents, man that doesn’t give me any hopes.
You should have also received a letter stating which documents would need to be sent in/presented during your appointment.
