Noticed [this](https://imgur.com/a/Q49RNr7) the corner of my bedroom this morning, it is wet to the touch from the top corner till pretty much the floor along line. It looks like what would result in mould if not fixed for a few weeks. I do ventilate regularly(stoß) and try and keep it below 60% using a hygrometer, but I am not sure if this indicates a problem with the ventilation technique/frequency or whether this indicates a different issues like water leak/pipe block. If it helps it’s the exterior wall which also has the window.
Any help would be super. Also any suggestions on how to handle/monitor this currently also would be great.

That’s a water leak from above. Talk to your landlord and neighbour
