Well my profound sympathises to the family, but I don’t think this case will go anywhere.
Its tragic it happened when it did. But everyone’s seen the footage, its clear they only tasered him when he lunged at those officers whilst holding something that looked like it was a weapon. No one can claim they used undue force or should have know it was only a plastic firelighter.

Then runs off and jumps off the bridge.

Could the police have jumped on him while he were on the floor? Possibly or possibly not as that might have cracked his skull on the tarmac.
Could Oladeji Omishore and followed the orders of the police? Possibly.
Were the police aware of Oladeji Omishore mental state? Nope they were not.
Were Oladeji Omishore in distress? Yes he were because a taser fucking hurts, that’s what it is designed to do.
Did Oladeji Omishore act aggressive to police? At the start of the video he were.
What have we learnt from this? To obey the polices commands and then deal with it once you are arrested. If you have done nothing wrong then it will be cleared up.
IIRC both the constables in this incident were POCs and clearly justified in the actions they took. I’m surprised this case is still getting column inches and legal representation.
