A 5 year 3 month driving ban? Lifetime ban should be mandatory in all cases where a driver is at fault and causes serious injury or death.
There’s something odd about someone caught driving without a license then getting a driving ban, as if that will be a deterrent for this guy? Plus a meagre prison sentence… Far far too lenient.
He should get 10 years for that. Absolutely shocking sentence.
