I think most major finance regions have large sums of Dirty Money
It’s been the business model for years and will only get worse post Brexit
I’m not sure the sweet shops are on the same order of magnitude as some the more financially complex schemes. Seems like a really weird thing to add, because while there are similar small-time laundries all over the world, only London has an international financial hub to do it in proper size.
