I mean, maybe that could be true. Maybe the plan is to separate us from Romania, and make us a refugee buffer since we are bordering Turkey and Greece. We are already kind of buffer and periphery state. If it wasn’t the danger of more Russian influence in the Black Sea region, some countries like the Netherlands would be happy if we were out of the EU.
