Guys probably a complete dickhead, but from the crimes I’ve seen that have got LESS than 200 hours work and a fine, this is bordering on insanity.
These days, if you say you’re English, you get thrown in jail, don’t you.
I would hope that sitting down to write an angry email would be a substantial enough activity that you’d calm down a bit and realise that sending it probably isn’t the best idea.
But as we see there’s always some that slip through the net.
