Out of how much? £18.39bn sounds a lot but if there is £100bn (a guess) worth of assets held in the UK / UK dependencies / City of London, it’s not really that much.
Sanction and confiscate more and put it for good use finally.
Honest question, why are these assets “frozen” rather than outright confiscated? These Russian billions could be quite helpful for our infastructure.
