I’m hoping it’s in reference to the person listed to the right. “Wladyslaw Fitas”. However, google translate attempts have failed.

Any help would be appreciated, even if you can point me to where I can get text translated.

  2. happened in the city of Lublin on Borowice day 29th of August year 1922 on 4p.m,came:Franciszek Kowalczyk, 48 years old and Andrzej Rodkiewicz 47,years old,both swiss rail operators?(not sure)living in Bronowice,stated that 24th of august this year on 7p.m. passed away in Lublin on railway teritory Władysław fitas 20years old.having kawal,shoemaker son of parents from unknown surname.after getting to know about death of Władysław Fitas.read to attending witnesses.buried by us afterwards.(cant read the last part)seems like an act of death.

  3. This occured in the town of Lublin in Bronowice, on the day of twenty ninth of August, nineteen-twenty-two at four PM. Present were: Franciszek Kowalczyk, fourty and eight years of age and Andrzej Rodkiewicz fourty and seven years of age, both of them railroad swiss (apparently porters) and living in Bronowice, and they stated that on the day of twenty fourth of August of current year at seven PM on the railways location in Lublin died Władysław Fitas of twenty years of age, unmarried, shoemaker, of parents unknown by name. After getting to know of death of Władysław Fitas, this registry was read to present parties and witnesses, then We (royal we, relating to the signatary) have just signed it. Keeper of Register Office, W. Fokeler (?)

  4. It’s in old polish and quite difficult to read because of the cursive but as far as I can tell it’s a death certificate of Władysław Fitas. It says that he died around 7:00 pm 24th of August 1922 in Lublin. If I understand correctly, he was a railroad worker and two other railroad workers both listed above with their age came to report it on 29th. It also says that Fitas parents “from surname” are unknown, but it also says that he was a shoemakers son (although I’m not sure, cause it really is hard to read, maybe he was adopted or something) On the very bottom is name of a person responsible for keeping the archives
