That’s anything but a Cypriot cat. I mean it might have been brought from here but it’s not a local breed.
That’s a main coon or Norwegian forest cat I’d say and if you want a lovable bit of feline affection then you can’t go wrong just be aware they love their food and can easily get into a large lump on the bottom of your bed that is hard to shift in both ways.
I also thought that but my friend had her DNA tested and it came out with a big part Cypriot mountain cat. Unfortunately I don’t have pets
Yeah looks very similar to my cat that we adopted from the beach. A lot of cats on Limassol west beach look like this!!
Now even the cats are moving to Germany.
She/He’s a beauty! I also live in Germany with my cypriot cats and I’ve met other Germans who’ve adopted cats from Cyprus.
