Amazing, some people don’t want to help suffering people! Whatever you think about politics, you should understand that people in humanitarian crisis need help.
I just wished our popular support was reflected more in material support. We have a relatively big defense industry in Sweden. Maybe it’s time to use it for a democratic friend in need.
why is romania so low, the peope don’t remember how it was under russian occupation?
Reality: Remaining 26% would wish more support.
Shows that the strong Eastern European support for Ukraine is a myth. There are countries which are above average and there are countries below average.
I think some estern Europeans support Ukraine but said “no” because they dislike EU
I think one of the reason Cyprus is 53% it’s because the international community does not care about it’s occupation by Turkey but they went crazy about Ukraine…
Would think Greece would be higher considering we’d be dependent on the EU if Turkey attacked.
What does “approve of EU’s support for Ukraine” really mean in people’s minds is the question here.
While support of Ukraine is VERY high in Finland, I really doubt it’s higher than in Estonia (where it’s basically fanatical).
Are some “no” answers cases where the person thinks the EU is doing too little?

So Portugal is only Eastern European country where support is above 90%.
You can support Ukraine, but not want them to join the EU any time soon. It’s not a black or white approach.
