A €20k Uefa fine is basically “look, Arlene has gone nuts so we need to be seen to be doing something”.
I remember they fined Celtic for flying the Palestinian flag (an actual Fifa member association) in the stands because it was “political”, during a round of Champions League games where all teams were made to stand behind a “RIP Nelson Mandela” banner.
