Had an appointment today so decided I’d get bus eireann. Know they are notoriously late so decided I’d leave 2 hours in advance and have a cofee when I got there. The bus just didn’t come. Not late not early, just not at all. So frustrating I was there with 10 minutes to spare.
I don’t mind busses been late it’s the ghost bus’s that drive rme nuts.

Ive seen so many bus drivers being chewed out for being late when usually it’s not their fault in the slightest. And that can make it a harder job than it needs to be. It’s no wonder some of them are then averse to engaging with customers.

I haven’t used a bus in many years.
I’m willing to try it out.
I will set an appointment somewhere and try to get there with at least two stops.

I saw my bus yesterday go to its last stop on the other side. 10 mins later it marked itself out of service and drove off.
This happened 3 times in a row and they are not frequent. I was out there hours. Eventually went to town to get a different bus but by Jesus that was bad.
The 3rd bus was stopped at the lights and I mouthed the bus number to the driver and said why and the dude just shrugged because he didn’t give a fuck we were all baltic.
