  1. Can confirm it’s Drammen.

But, Drammen has gotten better in recent years, so please. Don’t be so harsh on Drammen.

Besides, we all know the real Ohio of Norway, is Sweden. ;P

  2. I don’t understand. Do these European Ohios have great football teams? 😁

  3. Napoli is a historical culture center with good food, music, architecture, port access, nice weather, etc. It’s pretty much the exact opposite of Ohio. Don’t know why my brain fixated on this, but whatever.

  4. I would say it should be Zhytomyr for Ukraine. Odessa is just a very criminal city with unique culture, but not so memeable

  5. So flat shithole dotted with dying industry and one city that used to be cool but is also slowly dying and full of cowards and whiney manbabies because of everything else?

  6. Pure Ireland, they have their Bydgoszcz in their capital…

  7. I was in Brno once, and all I can say that this place is awful

  8. the irish one is wrong, should absolutely be limerick or thurles

  9. As someone who lived for Ohio in three years before moving to Poland, I’d say Radom is the Ohio of Poland. Bydgoszcz did nothing wrong.

  10. Kiedy Bydgoszcz przebiła Radom i… *inhales*

    Sosnowiec?

  11. Ale dlaczego Ohio? To jest dość duży stan i całkiem ładny. Jeśli już to bym porównał raczej miasta. Jakiś Little Rock albo Buffalo NY. Coś w tym stylu

Edit: just realised this was the EN subreddit:) to all those who are Polish challenged: I’m wondering why they are comparing a state to towns. Ohio is a big state and quite nice. If I was comparing shitty European cities I’d use a US city for comparison, like Little Rock or Buffalo NY

  12. I live in Bydgoszcz as a non-polish guy, and there is absolutely nothing wrong here. Seen worse places in Poland
