I still remember when my friends used to find him cool and/or funny back when “have I got news for you” was pushing his image as a living “haha posh eccentric man” cartoon character.
I hope people have long woken up to that nonsense.

Can we have a moratorium on posts about hypothetical investigations, certain bodies “considering” pressing charges, toothless organisations launching enquires and all the other smokescreen bullshit that gets slung around as news?
Maybe, probably having a chance that someone in the Tory government might perhaps in some conceivable future possibly face even minor consequences isn’t the flex you all think it is.
It’s tiring.
What is the potential penalty (pretending it was a normal Joe Soap who might actually get punished)?
