  1. Calling for any entomologists out there….

We’re used to getting all sorts of intriguing creatures and insects most definitely not native to these lands. (Which most of the time end up meeting their final fate splattered on the end of someone’s work boot). Last month we received a truck and trailer and I am not sure of it’s exact country of origin, but was brought in on a freight ship from overseas anyways. Upon opening the doors this absolute unit flew out and between my colleagues. He managed to escape and fly off into the distance by the end of the video.

Can someone please identify this absolutely horrifying looking thing and confirm what type of insect it is? Little fella was lighting quick and made a distinct fluttering sound. Also yes, that is a giant needle (stinger?) protruding from it’s back. From antenna to end of his tail/stinger, he must’ve been at least 4 inches long. Also yes I understand the video quality is ass but it was highly compressed upon uploading 🙁

  2. I used to work for an industrial weighing machines company and scorpions used to come out of the crates of reference iron weights from India. Fun times
