Moving to Berlin in two weeks and trying to sort out power adapters, converters, etc for our various electronics.
For the PS5 and Xbox Series X it sounds like we just need to get new “figure 8” cables to run from the power brick to the wall outlet, so no issue there. But for our laptop power supplies, we aren’t sure if we can do something similar, or if we need to replace them altogether.
Both show a range of 100-240V (see below) — would we be safe to just get new power cables to match the EU plug type?

Yes this power brick already accounts for the different voltages and frequency.
How do you plan to bring these electrical goods into Germany. Are you paying Zoll on that?
