Of course they are… I’ve seen Russian Ramge Rovers with the RUS broken on the licence plates and Ukraine flag sticker on top… unbelievable!
I mean hows that surprising? Majority of the Russians “hate” everything western but would give their left nut to live in the west. Reminds me of the Bulgarians abroad, lets say Italy, who vote for the Anti EU party in Bulgaria.

is there a reliable source on getting ukrainian citizenship? if i was born in ukraine (when it was part of ussr), my parents as well were born in ukraine, as well as my grandparents, am i eligible for the citizenship?
