Pretty sure density also has a lot to do with this too. The more packed together (and less space available) the more people notice others snoring. People being forced to house share in packed cities for example.
There might also be an air pollution factor, but I wont assume enough to know about that.
This makes me wonder how the data for this was collected. What does “snoring searches” even mean? I hope this isn’t just the number of Google searches for snoring prevention divided by the population because if so this this is complete guff.
