Hello guys, from the google search i did people say buying from LDLC doesn’t include vat and that you will pay a lot in customs, but that was years ago (like 5 or more years ago) In [LDLC.ch](https://LDLC.ch) it now says

“Please note that our prices are displayed with Swiss VAT included, there will be no additional taxes at customs.”

Is it now safe to buy or we still have to pay customs above 65 francs? Thanks

  1. According to their GTCs they are located in France and only have a French VAT number. I highly doubt they forward the VAT to Switzerland. It is more probable that they take the amount for Swiss VAT and you still have to pay customs. Shady af imo…

  2. Groupe LDLC has the following Swiss VAT No. CHE-136.085.276

I would say this should work as claimed. I have ordered in the past from other French seller with Swiss VAT and it all worked well. No surprises, no additional costs.

  3. If I remember correctly, I didn’t have to pay any additional duty on the price.

Check if the French vs. Swiss site prices are without VAT or account for the difference in VAT between France and Switzerland.

Just checked a product, Swiss VAT must be included if they sell for the same base price.
