Tbh, if this is about Norway then a lot of people from central/eastern Europe and the middle east would agree. Idk why but everyone from around the world seems to hate the child services in that country and I have no idea why.
She probably means that some parents now give free choice to kids to choose gender at age of 18. And names too etc.
