I think it’s a hoax.
It’s the phone number to contact aviva in case the recent storm damaged your property.
I got a similar email. It’s just a generic advertising thing.
Probably you have one or the other and they are letting you know they provide both services easily from same number? I think its pretty annoying and intrusive but might work for them. I did notice there is a 25 euro charge for changing your details which did not seem to be there before.
Why are they encouraging claims? What’s the business model?
