Quartermaster asking for cigarettes. Not sure if both sides might have used that header at that time. Thought Raphoe was taken early by the Free State Army but need to check.
Handwriting back then was so much better than the terrible scrawl you get from people these days. Where did it all go wrong.
Very cool. Not sure if it’s worth anything but definitely worth checking. If there’s a back story to the signature it might be worth something.
