My grandmother spent her last holiday in the Czech Republic and brought several mixes for goulash as she liked it so much. Of course this is just a mix and not the real thing, but we want to try and prepare. Sadly, I can’t seem to properly translate as a Dutchie. I hope someone here can help us, thanks in advance!

The text is in Polish, nevertheless it is very easy to translate:
Galician goulash with champignons
Ingridients:
* 1kg of pork, cut in bigger cubes
* 2 carrots, cut in half-discs
* 3 onions, cut in cubes
* 400g of champignons, cut in four
* 3 tablespoons (50g) of tomato concentrate
* 2 tablespoons of flour
* one branch of rosemary and thymus, cut
* 3 juniper berries
* 1 package of Knorr goulash species
* 3 bay leaves
* 3 tablespoons of oil
* 2 tablespoons of butter
Process:
1. Sprinkle meat with the “Knorr goulash species” and fry on both sides in a heated fat. Put in a pot, add one liter of water and add tomato concentrate. Braise for 20 minutes.
2. On a pan fry onions, carrots and champignons. Add butter, wait until it dissolves, and then add flour. Put everything in the pot with meat and mix. Add herbs and species. Cook everything for 20 minutes, until the meat is soft.
Note: you can use another meat, like lamb or beef
We are not polish. And, try to get some better recipe.

Install Google Translate on your phone. Open the app, choose the appropriate languages, select the camera translate function, aim, and it’s translated… sometimes with some interpretation on your part.
