  1. ‘Dear public, we are apologising because we were told to, we don’t believe this. We promise to strive to continue to lower service expectations more than ever.

    Regards,

    Dublin Bus

P.S. if you could just stop complaining and continue to just put up with it, that would be great.’

  2. “We’re sorry you get annoyed so easily. Maybe go for a walk instead of getting the bus, might help with your stress levels”

  3. Dublin bus shouldn’t be apologising. The NTA pushed bus connects on everyone and it’s been a shit show.

Dublin bus cannot get enough drivers partly because the NTA wanted some competition in the market and invited GoAhead in. These companies now compete for the same staff and neither have enough.

  4. Apologise. Lol. So no accountability as usual. Back to the old ways. It’s like law enforcement handling the scrotes; apologise. And you are now free to do it all over again.

  5. I complained about a local Dublin bus not showing up and I got a response six months later where I was told the reason the bus didn’t turn up was because the driver was on holidays. True story.

  6. Stick your apology up your ass,I was late for work AGAIN today because a bus disappeared, the amount of money I have had to pay on taxis is ridiculous…sort your shit out

  7. “We’re sorry our app was showing a bus coming in 5 minutes who never arrived on that day it was -2 degrees and you had to wait 50 minutes only to hop on the bus plus 40 minutes to get home.”
