If you overlay an SBB map over it its a perfect match to the bigger train lines
Bern is a very flat city, large but low population density
It appears the geneva people are in more than just one way dense
I find it interesting how between Zürich-Luzern and Zürich-Olten there is a kind of ridge, a line with higher density, while going to the west toards Bern and the Romandie there is less of that.
Imo there is a visible difference between Olten-Zürich and Olten-Bern looking outside the train. One is full of cities, the other one more agricultural
Geneva FTW! high population density = beautifully preserved countryside on my doorstep, with rolling hills full of vineyards and forests. Pretty exceptional for a city this size!
