I’ve started to wonder why I’m having to go to the office in Luxembourg almost every day although my boss in Poland and 90 % of the people I work with are all around Europe and the globe. But this situation is complicated for the frontaliers (not me).
I have found that a good portion of my frontalier colleagues are jealous of Luxembourg residents because of remote working bigger allowance. They want all benefits without the added cost of being a Luxembourg resident. The tax agreement between Luxembourg and my country allows to up 183 days, and because of these little people, now I’m limited to use up to 48 days a year, company policy.
edit. typo
People who could work remotely they should do it, but not forcing if somebody would like to go to the office every day
I would like to work 2 or 3 days from home, but cant
until now max 1 day per week…still ok, but 2 would be really nice 😉
ps: I could work 99,9% of my work from everywhere
need only laptop and internet connection
ok, a large screen is just easier to work 😀
I apologize. I am new here. Can anybody give me some background?
Will the gov agree to implement that? My CEO completely against the WFH… 😢
