Remote work: 2 days of home office per week to be debated in January

  1. I’ve started to wonder why I’m having to go to the office in Luxembourg almost every day although my boss in Poland and 90 % of the people I work with are all around Europe and the globe. But this situation is complicated for the frontaliers (not me).

  2. I have found that a good portion of my frontalier colleagues are jealous of Luxembourg residents because of remote working bigger allowance. They want all benefits without the added cost of being a Luxembourg resident. The tax agreement between Luxembourg and my country allows to up 183 days, and because of these little people, now I’m limited to use up to 48 days a year, company policy.

  3. People who could work remotely they should do it, but not forcing if somebody would like to go to the office every day

    I would like to work 2 or 3 days from home, but cant

    until now max 1 day per week…still ok, but 2 would be really nice 😉

    ps: I could work 99,9% of my work from everywhere
    need only laptop and internet connection
    ok, a large screen is just easier to work 😀
