I arrived in Norway yesterday for the first time ever. Here for a week. This post showed up randomly for me – I feel like this is a sign that I should try this brunost

They have this at a local store here in Halifax but it’s like $16 CAD!! I pine for the days when I was eating cheapo slices of it in a cabin in Sognefjord.
