Left dial:
Dot at the top is off, the next one I’m not sure about but I think it helps heat the oven up faster, the 3-prong one is “Umluft”, so hot air. The 3-prong and 3 triangle is hot air plus grill. The one with the two stripes is Ober-Unter-Hitze, so heat from above and below, the last one means that the light is turned on.
The right dial controls the temperature.
So if you want to, e.g. make a pasta bake, you’ll turn the left dial to the two stripes and the temp to 180.
