So does that mean that China will be held to account for its actions in Hong Kong and against the Uighurs or will Israel be held to account against its actions against civilian targets in Gaza and the West Bank.
How about Mynamar against the Rohingya and even the British and US soldiers for actions taken during the Iraq war in places like Abu Ghraib. The USA and Guantanamo bay.
