Nadhim Zahawi: Tory chair used inflated figures for nurses’ starting salary, fact-checkers find

  1. But of course he did. They quote numbers that support their agenda every time and even if they are forced to correct them, it’s always too late to make any difference.

  2. Overtime is wrong to include. But supplemental income and London weighting included in the average makes sense

Instead of downvoting maybe explain why I’m wrong

  3. I don’t think anyone believed the figure they quoted but I guess it gives the nurses who don’t earn it something to aim for!

  4. It wouldn’t fit his narrative if he didn’t. How would he be able to vilify nurses if he used accurate data? He needs to lie because he knows those who agree with him won’t fact-check what he said, they just want their feelings validated and lies help with that.

  5. He’s a cunt.

Wonder if he’s a friend of Tory donor Lord Ashcroft who owns one of the agency firms that supply NHS staff? Wait. Of course he looks out for him.

  6. I’m confused, if I just shut up and accept the pay I’m on at the moment, will it or will it not help Putin?

    I need answers!
