The first one is tricky. I have never seen that graffiti, but the vegetation could be near 2 skateparks, either Chelas or Ameixoeira.
Check the new ledges in front of Igreja da Memória at Ajuda, they have been appearing in a few international videos. Google maps only has the updated photos from a distance, when you get up close it only has old photos before the renovations and before the ledges were created.
