I think it was Brazil or something but some guy was talking about how he hates his country because they literally have a clown they elected into office, others got mad at that and the original guy clarified no like an actual clown with balloon animals and big shoes was elected
Try Belarus, or other easter countries… Hell, it works everywhere if you ask locals directly
