A few years ago (2017?), I saw a small one getting inflated on place Guillaume. It took AGES! Can’t remember wether it was supposed to get launched or just stay anchored there.
Yes, we see them in Lux and along the French border. Also hang gliders and flying wings.
No offense… but this is the worst picture of a balloon ever!
