What does she mean by “He knew by the second when I was on the table”? I mean, she had an appointment with him, didn’t she? So it seems logical that he knows when she is on the table, no?

Let me start with saying that this guy is definitely at fault and should get a sentence. He did this with many women and it is inexcusable behavior.
At the same time, what I don’t get (and this by no means is saying the masseur is not at fault) is why does this always go so long under the radar? The interview in VTM nieuws the woman said: i had to pull down my underwear so he could massage my pelvis so I was completely naked on the table. I didn’t think any of it. And then later: to massage my neck he pulled the towel down so my breasts were completely visible.
In what world do you think this is ok? I would immediately say no, leave and go to police. This comes in the media so many times a pervert does things and so many woman don’t think nothing of it and continue going to said place/guy
