I had a chuckle today reading the ‘edit history’ page on her Wikipedia entry. Amazed it’s not been locked tbh.
We have “red tape” SPECIFICALLY to stop chancers selling useless or dangerous products to the government, and ESPECIALLY to the NHS

Just bring back proscription for these parasites. Seize all their wealth, and kick them out the country. I would argue they’ve done more harm than Begum and less apologetic, far more deserving of a shredded citizenship
They’ve (usual suspects) found a way to make socialism work for them. You take tax payers money for social programs; then redirect it into your cronies’ private businesses, to purchase services. It’s pretty much a heist, carried out with an increasing sense of impunity. Corruption unchecked will get worse, & we’ll soon be rivalling the developing world.
I’ve had to do ‘training courses’ with private firms, subcontracted through the jobcentre, which lasted 7 weeks; yet could have been distilled into several days. Most of the content was irrelevant (I’m talking about ‘word search’ puzzles ffs – circle a word type nonsense) & yet the firm was payed for every bum on seat. They dragged that course out as long as they could. The jobcentre get to say they’re ‘investing in people’, meanwhile these subcontractors earn phat lewt they’d never hope to make as players in the free market. I couldn’t choose the best course for my needs, else I would have put the 💰 to much better use. Any colour you like, so long as it’s black.
Sad thing is: they’ll prove socialism doesn’t work & give weight to the argument for small government; all whilst getting filthy rich. Win/win for their camp.
They both should be put on display in front of the Tower of London, and The Torys are THE conservative values, right?
They’ve been sticking their thumb in the dyke for years and now the flood is about to crash around their Tory lairdships’ ears.
Well I won’t comment on the corruption, but there should be a transparency law so we know who owns what. Can’t tell us who owns that offshore entity? Can’t do business in the UK.
There’s no other way of describing this other than corruption, is there.
We laugh at some far away country where the politicians line their pockets with the public’s money, and although the politicians aren’t lining their own pockets (yes I know expenses etc they are) but they’re lining their friends pockets and will no doubt get some kind of kickbacks in the future.
This just is corruption. Taking the publics money and funnelling it into Cabinet members friends pockets.
These stories always remind me that my MP was caught breaking the rules with a company called “Moonlighting” in pre pandemic it really gives a sense of the atmosphere towards ethics in the tory party.
They and the companies involved should be made to pay it all back (companies can then sue her for every penny she owns).
Of course, won’t happen because good ol’ taxpayers will foot the bill as always.
Prison. These people deserve to be in prison. If they don’t end up there things will never change.
As corrupt and rotten as they come. Is there such a thing as an MP / Lord/ Baroness etc with one iota of integrity?
All this suffering, all the loss, the deaths we’ve suffered through during covid and the upcoming suffering caused by inflation… It could have all been so much better, but people like Michelle Mone stole from us and the Tory government let it happen.
