A friend of mine from India has received an employment [contract](https://imgur.com/a/w9rSFSg) from ReWe through a job agent. To me, it seems to be a fake. The reasons are,
* The job agent shared another [paper](https://imgur.com/a/0SCZYUF) from ‘Fachdienst Ordnungsrecht’ that the visa falls under the [§26 Abs. 2](https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/beschv_2013/__26.html) , which does not apply to Indians
* it is written with “ReWe” instead of “REWE
* 10-12 hours of work per day; 6 days/week; 240+ hours/month; all are uncommon
* [rewefriedberg.de](https://rewefriedberg.de) in the email provided is not available (maybe they are just using email without creating a website)
* Accommodation will be provided
Does any one know about these kind of contracts?

This is not a good and fair contract. In German there is a good word for it “Abzocke”
