This is disinformation, and you know it. Civilians are free to pass the border. Azerbaijan has set up a hotline for any civilian trying to get through, and the civilians have been utilizing this.
Which country in the world would allow for all this to happen on its own territory? All azerbaijan. Wants is to set up a checkpoint on the Lachin corridor in order to make sure these things aren’t happening.

The Armenian future looks bleak. There’s nothing stopping Azeris/Turks resuming the 2020 invasion. It looks like only a matter of time before they occupy the remainder of Artsakh and steal parts of Armenia proper. It’s clear no one’s bothered enough to intervene beyond strongly worded letters. It just a matter of whether it’ll be another rapid war, or a slow inch-by-inch take.

The reason for the blockade is because the Russians have been letting in Iranian citizens into the territory.

And because Armenia keeps smuggling weapons and landmines. Azerbaijan has uncovered mines in Karabakh broduced in 2021, AFTER the 2020 war, which means they were smuggled in.
