Can someone help me find the origin of this poem/spoken word of this is Portuguese? I mistakenly thought this was Italian, but comment suggested Portuguese. Thank you

   Not Portuguese

   I can tell the last words are something like:
   *vacilant per les camins (…) andant per la llarga rua*

3. Yep, not Portuguese, sorry to disappoint you. However I cannot quite understand where it’s from, sounds Spanish but from some particular region, probably north, maybe? I don’t know..
