I recall this event. I was very worried the Turks would blame the tsar and drag us into it and Prussia would probably do something silly
At first I thought this was just a promotion shot for John Wick 2….
This was truly a moment
He looks like Robbie Rotten
2edgy4me
Either that guy has a really long finger or there’s some artifact created by the interaction of a rapidly-moving object and how the camera works.
Damn both the assasin and the photographer have balls of steel
I don’t know why I remember this happening in March or February. I wasn’t preparing for Christmas
Disturbing and tragic it may be, but I still think this is an excellent photo for history.
Looks like a poster scene from a movie
cumtext ?
No way it’s already been six years, holy shit. And surprisingly, that event had zero political consequences
The most surprising information I learned about this event; It was that the assassin ate 1 KG of baklava before the assassination. (to stay calm)
This is a meme template
Wasn’t he his bodyguard?
Never travel to Turkey kids
That’s one nice assassination picture
good trigger discipline tho
He was from FETÖ which did the 15 July coup attempt
Came hoping to learn why he killed the ambassador. Instead for the same boring shitty jokes. I need to get off this site and get a life.
What a shot
Hamilton Poster vibes!
Ouch, I didn’t know that
Weird secondary. The Picture of him dead which was in the newspapers in Turkey (IIRC) was also used as a placeholder image in the first season of the Telltale Batman series and they forget to take it out so on the first day people saw a real corpse in the cape game.
