Impossible to cancel your appointment as well apparently.
People are getting multiple appointments when they don’t show up,all going down as no shows.
I don’t understand how the initial rollout was such a well executed success and the booster roll out is a complete mess. Vaccination centers with long queues and at capacity within 2 hours of opening, a large amount of pharmacies listed on the website not actually taking part in the booster rollout, the reservation issues and so on. Very disappointing considering the direction we are going again.
No surprises here, it’s HSE after all, with some ancient systems probably
