Her entire approach to this situation to basically be “oh yeah oops I guess” and try her best to ignore that it ever happened is fascinating and totally bleak. I can’t even imagine how furious the family must be.
Why did the Tories sign all these bullshit treaties?
In France and Switzerland citizens can never be extradited to the US.
But the UK extradites mentally ill kids instead of prosecuting them here for “hacking”
And the UK has the bravest and greatest journalist of our lifetime in prison for over a decade for embarrassing the US government with videos of their warcrimes.
not turning up to sentencing so there is no way she ever has to actually serve any of it
That much was to be expected. It has been the policy of the US government for decades that foreign laws basically don’t count.
All US personnel should be made to take a full UK driving test before being able to drive here.
This is a joke. It’s also a joke that it was even allowed to occur like this in a British court.
They want this case over and done before they send Assamge to the US. Pretty sure the family made ref to him in their media campaign to get Secoolis here. And Assange hasn’t even killed anyone
We need an British version of Dog the Bounty hunter to make her wake up outside a Police station here in the UK.
Most surprising thing that happened since Boris Johnson was found to have repeatedly lied

Yet again the “mutual” extradition treaty between Britain and the Yanks turns out to be just one way.
What a surprise!
As far as I’m concerned, all extraditions to the US are hereon an attack by the British government on the British people. We’re getting shagged by a one way system for absolutely nothing in return.
Absolutely disgraceful. Typical American thinking – I’ll just do things how they’re done in the US and bugger the consequences.
Can we not trade her for Prince Andrew?
Breaking News: Foreign Government supports its intelligence operatives
Honestly, the best realistic outcome would have been a guilty plea, a video apology, with a time served sentence.
One year ban for driving? For driving on the wrong side and killing someone? What do you actually have to do to get a lifetime ban?
